      2000. 12 - present. Associate Professor in the College of Resources and Environment, Northwest A&F University. Taught Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, Hydrologic Calculation for Projects, Construction Materials for B. Agr. Sc. students, and Soil and Water Conservation Engineering for M. Agr.       1. Project leader for research on technical measures of managing forest to improve water quality in the Qinling Mountains. Supported by the Forestry Special Research Program for Social and Public Interests, which sponsored by State Forestry Administration, P. R. China (2010 - 2014).

      2. Project leader for research on mountain hazard mitigation works of long-distance pipeline in Loess Plateau,China. Supported by Northwest Pipe CO.,LTD (2008 - 2012).

      3. Project leader for research on the effects of the forest ecosystem on runoff and water quality in mid-altitude regions across the southern-slopes of the Qinling Mountains. Supported by the President’s Fund of Northwest A&F University (2004 - 2008).
